The draft guides
Three seasons, one house system. Every guide is ranked by our own engine off the stat books — not a consensus list — and each one comes with a mock draft simulator and a season simulator built on the same board.

Why our rankings are different
Most draft guides average other people's lists. Ours are produced by the same system that calls games and prices props on this site: each player scored on his categories as z-scores against the league, blended with points-league value, shrunk for small samples, with a situation layer for trades, injury returns and rookies. In season the graded ledger feeds back into it. What you draft off is what we bet off.
Questions
Are the guides free?
Each guide's top tier, the mock draft simulators and the season simulators are free. The full boards, tiers and write-ups open with a Velvet seat at $9.99 a month, along with every pick on the site.
Do the simulators use the same rankings?
Yes. The mock draft rooms and the season simulators draft off the same house board the guide is built from, so what you practise against is what the guide says.
Where can I get the books?
The basketball and hockey guides are also published as books — a FantasyDailies and Not Moved Podcast collaboration. Store links go live with the books.
