Streaks are the most quoted and least examined thing in sports betting.
Somebody on television says a team has covered four straight and the number moves. Nobody asks the question that decides whether it matters: has the market already adjusted, or hasn't it?
The team streak boards exist for exactly that question. Live runs across five categories, all four leagues, graded off our own posted numbers rather than someone else's.
The Five Columns
Win streak — straight up, no spread involved.
Home and Road — split, because they're genuinely different questions. Road form is one of the most persistent and least-priced splits in sport.
Over/Under — how a team's games keep landing against the total we posted.
Run line — cover streaks against our number.
The notation is plain: a green W4 under Home means four straight home wins. O3 under Over/Under means the last three went over. C5 under Run line means five straight covers.
The Part That Makes It Trustworthy
Every number on the board is a receipt.
These streaks are counted against lines we posted before the game and graded afterwards — the same discipline behind the public ledger, where every call gets stamped the next morning with nothing quietly removed.
That matters because "covered five straight" against a line nobody recorded in advance isn't a fact, it's a claim. Streak stats elsewhere are frequently assembled after the fact from whichever closing number makes the run look longest.
One honest consequence, stated on the board itself: streaks build over days as games grade. The longer the site runs, the deeper the board gets. It isn't retroactively stuffed with history we didn't record at the time — which makes it shallower today and worth considerably more later.
How To Actually Read A Streak
Here's the thing most people get backwards, and it's the same trap as ATS records generally.
A long cover streak means a team has been underpriced. It does not mean the team is good.
Those are different claims. A side that's covered five straight has been beating the market's expectation — which almost always means the market has since adjusted. The number you're being offered this week is worse than the number people got five weeks ago, and the edge that produced the streak may be precisely the thing that's now gone.
The reverse is more useful and far less popular. A team on a long failing run is being priced by a market that's watched it lose repeatedly — which is exactly when a line gets soft in the other direction.
Over/under streaks behave differently again, because totals move for structural reasons — pace, weather, a defence that can't get off the field — and those causes persist longer than form does.
What To Layer On Top
The ATS board — all 32 ranked against the spread with the rank right next to the team, filterable by home, road, favourite, dog, after a win and after a loss. The favourite/dog split is the one nobody checks: covering a big number is a completely different skill from winning a football game.
Schedule Spots — rest edges, short weeks, letdowns and lookahead traps, judged against 25 years with the sample size printed on every split. A streak into a letdown spot is a different bet than the same streak into a normal week.
The Mismatch Machine — every game crossed against 51 team stat ranks.
Turnover stats — the single best regression signal in football. Turnover margin is the least stable thing in the sport, so a team whose run is built on takeaway luck is a worse bet than its record suggests.
The Weather Book — 6,511 games joined to hourly stadium conditions. Wind moves a total further than cold ever does, and it's the most common reason an over streak ends.
Then Price It

Streaks are the most seductive pattern in sport and mostly they're noise wearing a uniform. Four of anything is four of anything. A run is a description of what happened, not a mechanism, and there's no force in football that makes a fifth cover more likely because four came first.
What a streak board is genuinely good for is finding the games where the market and the recent record disagree — then doing the actual work to find out which one is wrong.
