NBA Stats 2025-26: Every Leaderboard On Its Own Page, And Why Minutes Beat Points

By Lauren Hayes · August 20, 2026

Basketball stats are everywhere and almost none of them are linkable. You find a leaderboard, you pick a season from a dropdown, the table reloads — and then you can't send it to anyone, because the URL never changed.

So the NBA Stat Vault is built the other way. Nine boards for the completed 2025-26 regular season, each on its own URL. Link it, send it, or settle the argument with it.

And these aren't stale numbers — the 2026-27 season tips in late October, which makes the completed 2025-26 boards the baseline every opening-night line gets priced against.

The Player Boards

Scoring — points per game, the number every prop is hung off. Start here, then immediately go look at minutes, because one explains the other.

Rebounding — boards per game, and the page prints minutes right beside it deliberately. A big man grabbing nine in 24 minutes and one grabbing eleven in 38 are not the same player, and only one of those rates survives a rotation change.

Assists — who actually runs an offence. Assist distribution tells you more about how a team genuinely plays than its points per game ever will.

Three-point leaders — and the page makes a point worth repeating: volume and accuracy are different bets. A high-percentage shooter taking four a night and a 35% shooter taking eleven are completely different props, and the market prices them as though the percentage is the whole story.

Steals — low-count, high-variance and loosely priced, which is exactly the combination that produces soft numbers.

Blocks — rim protection, and heavily matchup-sensitive. A shot-blocker against a team that lives at the rim is a different night than the same man against a jump-shooting side.

Minutes — read the next section.

Minutes Are The Whole Ballgame

If you only use one board on this hub, use this one.

Every counting stat in basketball is downstream of a single decision: how long does the coach leave him out there? Points, rebounds, assists, threes — all of it is a rate multiplied by opportunity, and opportunity is assigned by a man on the sideline who can change his mind on a Tuesday.

It's the exact same principle as snap share in football, and it fails people the same way. Half of all fantasy busts were never getting the volume — the talent was fine, the runway wasn't.

What makes it a genuine edge in basketball is speed. NBA rotations move fast. A coach shortens his bench in February, a rookie earns fifteen more minutes after one good week, someone comes back from injury and eats a role. Rankings and projections take weeks to catch up. The minutes board and the player news wire catch it immediately.

The Team Boards

Team offence and team defence, ranked per game.

Team defence is the matchup filter for everything else. A scorer with great minutes walking into a top-five defence and the same man against a bottom-five unit are two different bets, and the prop price frequently doesn't move nearly enough between them.

Turning Boards Into Decisions

Who's actually rolling right nowWho's Hot Tonight, graded off real results rather than whoever had a nice highlight.

Where a number is hung too highthe NBA unders board. Books shade toward the over because the public loves the over, which makes the under the value side on anyone the market is overrating.

Who earns their DraftKings salaryNBA DFS Edge, production against price rather than name recognition.

Build the ticketthe NBA slip builder stacks from tonight's real board and shows the true price of every leg before you play it.

Then price it honestly: devig to find the fair line, the Line Checker to count how often he's actually cleared any number you type, the Hit-Rate Board for the last 5, 10 and 20 in colour, and the Parlay Doctor to grade the slip A through F before you fire.

Playing DFS instead? The whole workshop applies — rake, duplication, overlay, exposure and correlation, with the profit tracker to tell you how the season actually went.

The Honest Part

These are completed 2025-26 numbers. They are the best available baseline for opening night and they are not a forecast — rosters turn over, coaches get fired, and a player's role in October can look nothing like his role last April.

Use the boards for the baseline and the news wire for what changed. That combination is most of the job.
