Build Your Own Parlay With The Real Price On Every Leg — Including The Vig

By Mark Petrozzella · August 20, 2026

Every sportsbook app will happily let you build a parlay. None of them will tell you what it's actually worth.

You stack six legs, the payout number gets bigger and more exciting, and at no point does anything on that screen tell you the true probability of the ticket cashing, or how much of your money the house has quietly taken on the way through.

The slip builder does the opposite. Every prop on tonight's board, ranked by real win probability from the best price at any book — and the slip grades itself as you build it. Exact hit chance and EV per $100, with the vig included, before you play it.

All four leagues: NFL · NBA · NHL · MLB

Ranked By The Market, Not By Us

This is the part that matters and it's worth being precise about.

The board isn't ordered by our projections. It's ordered by the market's own read — the best available price at any book, converted into a real win probability with the margin stripped out.

That's a deliberate choice. A projection is somebody's opinion about the future. A devigged market price is the aggregate opinion of everyone with money on the line, which is a far harder thing to beat and a far more honest starting point.

The same calculation is available standalone in the devig calculator if you want to run it yourself — and you should at least once, because seeing that a standard -110 market implies 104.8% total probability makes the hold impossible to un-see.

Power Or Flex, And Why It Changes Everything

Two modes, and the difference is bigger than most people assume.

Power — every leg must hit. Bigger payout, brutal maths. Each leg you add multiplies the failure points.

Flex — misses allowed, reduced payout. Softer landing, and frequently the better expected value on longer slips.

The builder computes the honest hit chance for whichever mode you pick, so you can watch what a sixth leg actually does rather than just watching the payout number grow. Usually what it does is ugly.

Parlay Truth shows the same gap from the other direction — what a parlay should pay versus what you're being offered, named in dollars.

Then Grade It Before You Fire

The Parlay Doctor takes any slip — ours, your book's, a screenshot from the group chat — and grades it A through F: the true break-even, the buried juice, and which single leg is carrying the entire ticket.

The one it catches that nobody catches themselves is correlation. A quarterback over on passing yards plus his own receiver over on receptions is one event wearing two hats. Two unders in the same low-total game are barely two bets. Books price these as independent because that pricing favours the house, and it's the quietest way tickets die.

Nothing you paste is stored anywhere.

Finding Legs Worth Stacking

A builder is only as good as what you put in it:

The Hit-Rate Board — every prop's real hit rate over the last 5, 10 and 20 games in traffic-light colour, graded off our nightly ledger rather than a model. When the short window and long window disagree, something changed and it's worth finding out what.

The Line Checker — type the exact number your book posted, see how many past games would have cleared it, with the full log underneath.

The unders boards — books shade toward the over because the public loves the over, which quietly makes the under the value side on anyone the market is overrating. NBA, NHL and MLB too.

The +EV finder — nine-plus books scanned, every price paying past the fair line flagged and ranked by edge.

The heat map — same bet, nine books, one grid. Taking -105 instead of -115 on bets you were already making is a raise you give yourself.

Who's actually rollingNFL · NBA · NHL · MLB

And the news that moves all of itthe player wires, because every number on this site is a lagging indicator of who's actually playing.

Size It Properly

A real edge staked badly still goes broke. The Kelly calculator gives you the mathematically correct stake — and half-Kelly, which keeps roughly 75% of the growth with half the swings, is where professionals actually live.

Then log it in the CLV tracker. Did you beat the number the market closed at? Winning bets can be luck. Beating the close is skill.

The rest of the math is in the Money Room, and every call we make gets stamped the next morning, win or lose, nothing quietly deleted.

The Honest Part

Showing you the true price doesn't make a parlay a good bet. Most parlays are bad bets and a builder that grades itself will tell you so repeatedly — which is genuinely the point.

What it removes is the excuse. You can still fire a six-leg slip knowing the hit chance is grim. You just can't do it by accident anymore.
