The short version: we collect the little we need to run your pools, we don't sell it, and we never hold your payment info.

Because every contest is P2P (peer-to-peer), FantasyDailies never receives or stores your payment details — no card numbers, no bank logins. Money moves directly between you and your commissioner through their own apps (Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, PayPal).

This policy explains what FantasyDailies ("we," "us") collects, why, and your choices. By using the Service you agree to this policy and to our Terms of Service.

1.What We Collect

Account info — the name/handle and email or sign-in you provide to create an account.
Pool activity — the pools you create or join, your picks, standings, and messages you post to a pool board. This is needed to run the games and is visible within your pool.
Payment handles you choose to display — if you're a commissioner, the Venmo/Zelle/Cash App/PayPal handle you enter so your players can pay you directly. This is shown to your pool on purpose; don't enter one you don't want your players to see.
Basic technical data — standard logs (device/browser type, general location from IP, and cookies needed to keep you signed in and the site working).

2.What We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect or store payment card numbers, bank credentials, or Social Security / taxpayer numbers. Contests are P2P, so that information never flows through us. We are not a payment processor.

3.How We Use It

To run your account and pools, grade contests from public game results, show standings and messages within a pool, keep the Service secure, and communicate with you about the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

4.What Other Players See

Pools are social by design. Your display name, your picks (once locked/graded), your standing, your used teams, buyback activity, and anything you post to a pool board are visible to other members of that pool. Full transparency is part of what keeps pools honest.

5.Sharing

We don't sell your data. We may share limited information with service providers that help us run the site (e.g., hosting), as required by law, or to protect the Service and its users. Sports data and scores come from third-party sources.

6.Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and the site functioning, and basic analytics to understand usage. You can control cookies in your browser, though the Service may not work fully without the necessary ones.

7.Data Retention & Security

We keep account and pool data while your account is active and as needed to run the Service. We use reasonable measures to protect it, but no service is perfectly secure, and — as noted in our Terms — the Service is provided "as is" with no guarantee that data will be preserved or recoverable. Keep your own record of important picks and money.

8.Your Choices

You can update your account details, leave pools, and request deletion of your account through the contact options on the site. Deleting your account removes your personal profile; some pool history may remain visible to pools you participated in.

9.Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. Commissioners are responsible for ensuring their participants are of legal age.

10.Changes & Contact

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date will change. Questions can be sent through the contact options on fantasydailies.com.

FantasyDailies holds no payment information and is not a payment processor — all contests are P2P (peer-to-peer). We collect the minimum needed to run accounts and pools, do not sell personal information, and provide the Service "as is" with no guarantee of data retention or security.
