📜 User Agreement

Effective: July 7, 2026 · FantasyDailies.com ("FantasyDailies," "we," "us," "the site")

⚠️ The short version: FantasyDailies is an information and analytics service. We are not a sportsbook, we take no bets, we handle no wagers, and nothing here is betting, financial, or professional advice. You must be 21+ (or the legal age where you live). Our data comes from third-party feeds — it can be wrong, delayed, or mislabeled at the source, and we are not responsible for decisions based on it. 1. Acceptance

By using FantasyDailies.com or creating an account, you agree to this User Agreement. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

2. What FantasyDailies Is (and Isn't)

We publish sports information, statistics, odds comparisons, analytics, and tools for entertainment and informational purposes only. We are not a gambling operator, sportsbook, casino, or fantasy contest operator; we accept no wagers and hold no player funds. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any sports league, team, player, data provider, or sportsbook referenced on the site. All team names, player names, and related marks are the property of their respective owners.

3. No Advice; Assumption of Risk

Nothing on the site constitutes betting, investment, legal, or professional advice, or a recommendation to place any wager. Projections, "edges," grades, verdicts, and similar outputs are opinions generated from data and models that can be — and sometimes will be — wrong. You assume all risk for any decision you make using information from the site. Never wager more than you can afford to lose.

4. Age and Legality

The site is intended for users 21 years of age or older (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). You are solely responsible for knowing whether sports wagering is legal where you are. Do not use the site where it is unlawful to do so.

5. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account.
One account per person. Automated, scripted, or bulk account creation is prohibited.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement, abuse the service, attempt to circumvent usage limits, or scrape data.
You can close your account at any time by contacting us.

6. Free Tiers, Limits, and Paid Features

Free features may carry daily usage limits, which we may change at any time. Paid features or subscriptions, if offered, will be described at the point of purchase, including price and any refund terms. We may modify, gate, or retire any feature at any time.

7. Third-Party Data; No Responsibility for Source Errors

Scores, odds, lines, rosters, injuries, schedules, statistics, and news are aggregated from third-party sources and data feeds believed to be reliable, but are provided "as is" — they may be delayed, incomplete, mislabeled, or simply wrong at the source. We do not control, verify, or guarantee third-party data, and we are not responsible or liable for false, inaccurate, outdated, or missing third-party information, or for any decision, wager, or loss of any kind based on it — in whole or in part. Our tools, grades, and outputs are only as good as the data feeding them; when the source is wrong, the output will be wrong. Always confirm any line, price, injury status, or roster fact directly with the sportsbook or official source before acting on it.

8. Acceptable Use

No scraping, harvesting, bulk-downloading, or reselling of site data or content.
No attempting to bypass rate limits, access controls, membership gates, or security measures.
No reverse engineering, disrupting, or overloading the service.
No unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive use of any kind.

9. Intellectual Property

The site's original content, design, tools, models, grades, and compilations are owned by FantasyDailies and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Third-party trademarks and data remain the property of their owners.

10. Responsible Gaming

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FANTASYDAILIES AND ITS OWNER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF MONEY WAGERED OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR $50 IF YOU PAID NOTHING).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FantasyDailies and its owner from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the site or violation of this Agreement.

14. Privacy

Account emails and names are used to operate the service (login, verification, service messages). We don't sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

15. Changes; Governing Law

We may update this Agreement; the effective date above will change and continued use means acceptance. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, and disputes belong exclusively to the state or federal courts located in New York.
