In the fast-paced world of technology and venture capital, few names carry the combination of strategic brilliance, operational depth, and genuine warmth as Kyle Park. As Managing Director and Co-founder of Harvest Management Partners, Kyle has spent more than three decades leaving an indelible mark on Silicon Valley’s M&A and corporate landscape. Yet, ask anyone who knows him personally, and they’ll tell you his impressive resume is only half the story—the other half is defined by his boundless willingness to help others and an innate ability to connect with anyone he meets.
A Mastermind of Strategy and Scale

Kyle’s career reads like a blueprint for technology leadership. Before co-founding Harvest Management Partners, he served as Chief Financial Officer for a succession of high-impact technology start-ups, including VaST Systems (acquired by Synopsys in 2010), Jasper Design Automation, ReShape, and etNetworks. Over the course of his career, he has raised over $500 million in venture financing, originated and executed more than 50 M&A transactions, and guided three major technology companies through their IPOs—Synopsys, Niku, and Synplicity.
Holding a degree in Finance from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and an MBA with a concentration in International Finance from Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business, Kyle’s expertise spans the entire semiconductor ecosystem, SaaS, and security software. Beyond the spreadsheets and boardrooms, however, Kyle is known across the globe—from California to Europe and Asia—as a true people person who builds lasting, meaningful relationships.
Beyond the Boardroom: Passion, Precision, and Baseball Debates

When he isn't guiding tech exits or speaking conversational Italian on trips to Europe, Kyle embraces a vibrant life filled with organic farming, fine wine, and athletic pursuits. While he enjoys the occasional ballgame, Kyle's real athletic passions lean heavily toward non-traditional sports—you are far more likely to find him pushing his limits on a road bike or playing soccer than sitting through nine innings.
That said, baseball does manage to creep into his life, usually bringing a bit of friendly banter with it. Kyle is a devoted Los Angeles Dodgers fan. Naturally, as a die-hard New York Yankees fan (because, let's be honest, Yankees rule forever), his love for the Dodgers is a point of contention—though even supporting LA can't stop us from being great buddies.
And if supporting the Dodgers wasn't enough of a challenge, we also have to throw a quick jab at his girlfriend Sara's (I love you Sara, but seriously I have to make you an honorary Yankee) Arizona Diamondbacks—a team that somehow manages to make the Dodgers look like a reasonable choice.
A True Friend and Leader

At the end of the day, whether he’s navigating complex multi-million dollar tech transactions, sharing a glass of great wine, or defending his questionable baseball alliances, Kyle Park stands out for his character. He is a steadfast partner, a loyal friend, and someone who always steps up to lend a helping hand. Silicon Valley is lucky to have his mind, but those of us close to him are far luckier to have his friendship.
Kyle.... Sara... LOVE Y'ALL like sliced bread and cooked food. You TWO... are the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! With friends like you, I'm looking forward to so much that is still in store. #STAYBLESSED !!!
